titleOfInvention | High-performance ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) graft copolymer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-performance ASA graft copolymer and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of firstly synthesizing an organic/inorganic silicon-polyurethane-acrylate terpolymer with a certain crosslinking degree; adding deionized water, an emulsifier, an inorganic initiator, an organic peroxide initiator, a crosslinking agent II and an acrylate monomer to obtain PBA base latex to form a rubber core; and then coating the rubber core with styrene and acrylonitrile premixed monomers to form a core shell, and then performing the processes of latex coagulation, centrifugal separation, drying, packaging and the like to obtain the ASA graft copolymer. The ASA graft copolymer prepared by the invention shows improved properties in the aspects of impact resistance, heat resistance, colorability, weather resistance and the like, can meet most of application fields, and simultaneously reflects the advantages of normal pressure, low temperature, low energy consumption, high monomer conversion rate, high product selectivity, good economic benefit and the like in the preparation process. |
