The invention relates to an organic compound containing boron and its application in organic electroluminescence devices, and belongs to the technical field of semiconductors. The structure of the compound provided by the present invention is shown in general formula (1): The invention also discloses the application of the above-mentioned boron-containing organic compound in the organic electroluminescence device. The compound of the present invention is composed of boron groups, and the group has strong rigidity, and has the characteristics of not easy to crystallize between molecules, not easy to aggregate, and good film-forming properties. When the compound of the present invention is used as a light-emitting layer material of an organic electroluminescence device, the current efficiency, power efficiency and external quantum efficiency of the device are greatly improved; meanwhile, the lifespan of the device is significantly improved. |
