The invention adopts a 220V power supply to generate a high-voltage electric field of 10-20kV between a plasma square discharge electrode and a ground electrode through a high-voltage electric field generator, excites mixed gas to generate low-temperature plasma and reacts with water to generate plasma active water, realizes continuous, efficient and low-energy consumption production of the plasma active water with sterilization effect, and is suitable for cleaning and sterilizing products in fruit and vegetable and livestock and poultry slaughtering processes and cleaning and sterilizing food factories. |
