titleOfInvention | Synthesis method and application of VB12 targeted sildenafil nano-drug |
abstract | The invention discloses a synthesis method and application of VB12 targeted sildenafil nano-drug, wherein the synthesis method comprises the steps of mixing sericin and VB12 in an anhydrous solvent A, adding CDI and DMAP for catalysis, and reacting to prepare VB12 targeted sericin; mixing and dissolving the obtained VB12 targeted sericin and alpha-amino acid-N-carboxyanhydride in an anhydrous solvent B, and fully reacting; and adding sildenafil, fully reacting, and filling the mixed solution into a dialysis bag to obtain the VB12 targeted sildenafil nano-drug. The method has the advantages of cheap raw materials, convenient operation, simple process, high efficiency and practicability, and can couple VB12 to the nano-drug carrier under mild conditions. The obtained VB12 targeted sildenafil nano-drug has stable property, high biological histocompatibility, good dispersibility in aqueous solution, tumor targeting property, rapid uptake by tumor cells, and more efficient and safe immunotherapy sensitization effect. |
