abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of medical polyurethane with adjustable surface wettability, which comprises the following steps: mixing polycaprolactone dihydric alcohol with a functional group side chain, diisocyanate and a catalyst, heating and stirring for reaction to obtain polyurethane; wherein the functional group side chain comprises one or more of an oligo-polyethylene glycol side chain, an oligoamine side chain, a fluorine-containing side chain and a silicon-containing side chain. Compared with the common surface modification method, the method can conveniently realize that the contact angle of the polyurethane is adjustable within a large range of 23-152 degrees by changing the operation parameters such as the type, the length, the distance, the mixed use and the like of the side chain of the polyurethane, and the surface wettability of the polyurethane is not greatly changed along with the damage of the surface. In addition, the method has the advantages that complex surface treatment is not needed, and the surface wettability is stable and adjustable. |
