abstract | The invention relates to a bitter gourd peptide for wrinkle resistance repair and a preparation process thereof, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) removing shell of semen Momordicae Charantiae, and pulverizing; (2) supercritical CO 2 Fluid extraction, (3) adjusting pH to 9 with 0.05-0.15 mol/L aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide10, stirring and extracting for 2-6h at 30-60 ℃, centrifuging, and separating the precipitate from the supernatant to respectively obtain extraction material residues and an extraction solution; (4) ultrafiltering the extractive solution with ultrafiltration membrane with cut-off molecule of 8000-15000Da, and freeze drying. According to the anti-wrinkle restoration bitter gourd peptide and the preparation process thereof, a practical and more effective preparation process is found through a large amount of researches, and a new anti-wrinkle restoration bitter gourd peptide product is developed so as to improve the economic benefit of the anti-wrinkle restoration bitter gourd peptide; the method for preparing the momordica charantia peptide has simple process, and the prepared momordica charantia peptide can be used as a cosmetic raw material and a health food additive and has the effects of resisting saccharification and reducing wrinkles. |
