The invention discloses a method for synthesizing androst-16-ene-3β-alcohol. Androst-17-iodo-16-ene-3β-alcohol is in an organic solvent under the protection of argon gas, and is subjected to the action of an alkali metal alkoxide. Androsta-16-ene-3β-alcohol is prepared by deiodination, the method is easy to operate, avoids the use of metal sodium and alkyl lithium reagents, and has relatively mild conditions. |
