The invention relates to equipment and a method for producing lanthanum oxide by fluidized calcination. In the preparation process, the raw materials are dried, preheated, calcined and decomposed in sequence, the corresponding temperature is controlled, the lanthanum oxide powder is prepared, and the whole preparation process is finished by supplying heat energy of fuel gas to ensure that the materials are fluidized in the whole preparation process. The equipment integrates drying, preheating and calcining, lanthanum oxide production is carried out in a fluidized state by adopting the equipment, the technical defects of overheating and under burning of materials caused by uneven radiation heating in the traditional static calcining process are avoided, and the equipment has the advantages of short calcining time, uniform heating, low energy consumption, stable product quality and easiness in realizing automatic control. |
