abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of mosquito-proof and antibacterial nano silver solution with uniform particle size and height, which comprises the following steps: s1, mixing 5-20% of beta cyclodextrin-polyglycine water solution, 1-6% of mosquito-proof micromolecules and 0.3-300 g/L of silver ion solution in percentage by mass in a proportion of 1: 1:1, fully stirring and mixing; s2, continuously adding 10ml of aqueous solution of reducing agent with the mass percent of 5% -60% into the mixed solution; and S3, heating the mixed solution to 10-120 ℃ by using a water bath, and continuously stirring for 5-80min to obtain the nano silver colloid solution. In the application, the beta cyclodextrin-polyglycine is easy to dissolve in water, is neutral and stable, does not harm skin, has good permeability and has a certain antibacterial effect; the beta cyclodextrin can embed various oil-soluble mosquito repellent micromolecules, can realize long-acting mosquito repellent effect, has low cost, simple process, good stability and small nano-silver particle size, and has very high antibacterial efficiency and good mosquito repellent effect. |
