The invention discloses a bimodal nanoprobe targeting glioblastoma multiforme and a preparation method thereof, relates to the technical field of medical detection, and solves the technical problem that a clear image result is difficult to obtain in a single imaging mode of the nanoprobe in the prior art. The bimodal nanoprobe comprises distearoyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine-polyethylene glycol DSPE-PEG2000AMINE, superparamagnetic nano iron oxide SPIONs, Cy7-NHS molecules, targeted polypeptide and/or a trans-mirror structure thereof. The bimodal nanoprobe can integrate the advantages of magnetic resonance and fluorescence imaging, and provides clearer anatomical structure information of brain tumors; in the imaging process, the bimodal nanoprobe provided by the invention can not only provide a clearer image result, but also can specifically identify a target part. On the other hand, the bimodal nanoprobe provided by the invention also has better in vivo stability. |
