titleOfInvention | Magnetic resonance/fluorescence bimodal nanoprobe and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a magnetic resonance/fluorescence bimodal nanoprobe, relates to the technical field of medical detection, and solves the problem that a clear image result is difficult to obtain in the prior art in a single imaging mode of the nanoprobe. The preparation method of the invention takes superparamagnetic nano-iron oxide SPIONs as a core, modifies near-infrared fluorescent molecules Cy7 on the surfaces of the SPIONs, and takes targeted polypeptides and/or trans-mirror structures thereof as ligands to construct the magnetic resonance/fluorescence bimodal nanoprobe capable of targeting the glioblastoma multiforme. The bimodal nanoprobe prepared by the method can integrate the advantages of magnetic resonance and fluorescence imaging, and provide clearer anatomical structure information of brain tumors; in the imaging process, the bimodal nanoprobe prepared by introducing the method of the invention not only can provide a clearer image result, but also can specifically identify a target part. The bimodal nanoprobe prepared by the invention also has better in-vivo stability. |
