The present invention verifies the effectiveness of lactic acid fermentation mixtures prepared using ineffectively utilized seaweeds such as undaria pinnatifida stems, and provides a feed and feed supplement for producing high value-added livestock. A feed or feed supplement consisting of a lactic acid fermented mixture comprising minced seaweed and at least one selected from the group consisting of cereals, formula feeds and hay.
