titleOfInvention Test method for degrading feed mycotoxin by using bacillus subtilis
abstract The invention discloses a test method for degrading feed mycotoxin by utilizing bacillus subtilis, which is characterized in that a bacillus subtilis capable of efficiently degrading aflatoxin AFB1 and zearalenone ZEN in an acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant manner is obtained by screening and separating soil and water samples collected from acidic and high-temperature hot spring, crater or vinegar factory environments, and relates to the technical field of feed production. The test method for degrading the feed mycotoxin by using the bacillus subtilis provides strain resources for removing the aflatoxin AFB1 and the zearalenone ZEN in the food and feed processing processes, has important application value, can utilize residual sugar of DDGS feed by adding the screened bacillus subtilis degrading strain into a selected DDGS feed sample for fermentation, and can degrade water-soluble mycotoxin to produce single-cell protein and reduce the mycotoxin to improve the quality of DDGS.
