The invention discloses a diboronic acid glycol ester, a preparation method thereof, an intermediate thereof and applications thereof. The diboronic acid diol ester can be used to induce a reductive coupling reaction in which the substrate is an imine, and the substrate can be obtained by the reaction of aldehyde and ammonia. It is isolated, does not need column chromatography purification, and the post-processing method is convenient and easy to operate; the obtained product has a high yield and no protective group operation is required. The diboronic acid diol ester has chirality, the stereoselectivity of the reductive coupling reaction is generally excellent, and a chiral diamine with 99% ee can be obtained only by simple recrystallization. The diboronic acid diol ester can be obtained by reacting diol with diboronic acid diol ester. The diol is convenient to prepare, easy to scale up, and can be recovered and reused from the reaction solution through simple acid-base operations, with a recovery rate of up to 95%, further saving the preparation cost. |
