A process for extruding compound feed for golden pomfret, comprising the following specific steps: S1. Weighing clean solid feed material A for use; S2. Putting the solid feed material A into a pulverizing component for pulverization to obtain pellet feed material B; S3. The pellet feed material B is added to the sieving and spraying component for screening first to obtain granular impurities C and powdery raw material D; the sieving and spraying component then sprays and wets the powdery raw material D to obtain a muddy mixed raw material E; S4, put the mixed raw material E into the puffing component for puffing to obtain the puffed feed F1; S5, cut the puffed feed to obtain the puffed pellet feed F2. The invention also proposes a production device for extruding compound feed for golden pomfret.
