A kind of preparation method and application of exosome |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a preparation method and application of exosomes. The method includes at least the following steps: using a differential centrifugation method to process the culture supernatant of organoids to separate and obtain the exosomes. The preparation method of the present invention can efficiently separate and purify the exosomes, and the organoid exosomes can not only retain the characteristics of in situ tissue, but also provide information between cells, tissue cells and extracellular matrix. Organ exosomes can provide more targeted and comprehensive characteristics of in situ tissue, which is conducive to research on the understanding of cancer cells and between cancer cells and the cytoplasmic matrix, and promotes cancer treatment. |
