abstract |
The invention discloses a water-soluble carbon nanotube cross-linking agent, a modified rubber plug for drilling plugging and a preparation method thereof. The rubber plug is prepared from the following raw materials: 0.3-1% of polyacrylamide; 10-25% of acrylamide; 5-20% of sodium acrylate; 0.1 to 5 percent of temperature resistant monomer; 0.01 to 0.5 percent of initiator; 0.1 to 1 percent of retarder; 0.1 to 1 percent of emulsifier; 0.1-3% of oil; 0.5 to 3 percent of fiber; 0.1-1% of rubber powder; 0.1 to 2 percent of water-soluble carbon nanotube cross-linking agent; the balance being water. The modified plug for plugging disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the gelling time can be controlled under a high-temperature condition, and the compression resistance after gelling is strong. The plugging agent can be applied to plugging operation of drilling engineering and can solve the problem of well leakage under the high-temperature condition. |
