titleOfInvention | A device and method for preparing double-sided solar cells |
abstract | The invention relates to a device and method for preparing double-sided solar cells, comprising a plurality of evaporation chambers and a plurality of cutting chambers. The upper and lower sides of the conveying device of the chamber are respectively provided with an upper evaporation source and a lower evaporation source for simultaneously depositing functional layers on the upper and lower sides of the battery substrate, and an upper cutting source is respectively arranged above and below the conveying device of each cutting chamber. The upper evaporation source is provided with a source furnace body and an upper crucible, a furnace body opening is arranged on the bottom surface of the source furnace body, and a crucible through hole is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper crucible. The evaporating gas for coating the functional layer material passes through the crucible through hole and the furnace body opening, and then is deposited down to the surface of the battery substrate and deposited into the required functional layer by evaporation. The invention meets the requirement of depositing double-sided solar cells on the upper and lower sides simultaneously, greatly shortens the preparation time of the double-sided cells, and saves manpower and material resources. |
