Hepatitis B virus X gene and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention discloses a hepatitis B virus X gene and application thereof, which comprises an X gene sequence XXDFY. The X gene sequence XXDFY can judge the prognosis and liver regeneration condition of a patient with advanced liver cancer after hepatectomy before an operation. The tumor-free survival rate and the overall survival rate of the liver cancer patients carrying the XXDFY subtype in peripheral blood after partial hepatectomy treatment are definitely higher than those of the liver cancer patients not carrying the XXDFY subtype. |
