abstract Aiming at the problems of high price, poor stability and the like of the traditional Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) required for maintaining the pluripotency of the embryonic stem cells, the invention creatively applies the porous nano material to regulate and control the pluripotency of the embryonic stem cells of mice. The porous nano materials (organic porous nano materials and inorganic porous nano materials) can regulate and control the pluripotency of the embryonic stem cells under the culture condition without adding Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF). The porous nano material has the advantages of good biocompatibility, cost saving, convenience for storage and the like, and can better promote the basic research and application of the embryonic stem cells.
