The HBU-135 strain of Pleosporales sp. is cultured by fermentation, and the above-mentioned compounds are isolated from the fermentation product. It has been verified that the compound of the present invention has strong inhibitory activity against multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MDR-TB), can be used as an anti-tuberculosis drug, and has broad application prospects.
