titleOfInvention Preparation method of polymeric flocculant containing hydroximic acid functional group and application of polymeric flocculant in electroplating wastewater
abstract The invention discloses an application of a preparation method of a polymeric flocculant containing hydroximic acid functional groups in electroplating wastewater, which comprises the following steps: s1: preparing materials according to mol: 40-60 parts of acrylamide, 25-40 parts of N, N-methylene bisacrylamide, 18-45 parts of hydroxylamine hydrochloride, 4-6 parts of 3- (4-benzonitrile) methyl acrylate, 5-10 parts of p-phenylene diacrylate, 1-5 parts of 3-phenyl acryloyl chloride, 10-20 parts of ethanolamine, 10-15 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-1 part of azobisisobutyronitrile, 0.1-0.5 part of potassium persulfate, 0.05-0.3 part of sodium hypophosphite, 3-5 parts of nano titanium oxide sol, 25-50 parts of ethanol and 35-55 parts of water; s2: preparing aromatic hydroxamic acid type compounds by a hydroxylamine method; s3: polymerizing the monomer to prepare a hydroximic acid-containing five-membered copolymer; s4: inhibiting the polymerization of the nano titanium oxide sol, recovering ethanol, concentrating and drying. The flocculant disclosed by the invention can be used for efficiently chelating heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater and effectively degrading cyanide in the wastewater, and is high in hydroximization rate and product yield.
