abstract | The invention discloses a method and a device for extracting wear particles in used lubricating grease, wherein the method for extracting the wear particles in the used lubricating grease comprises the steps of adding the used lubricating grease into a bottle body and adding an organic solvent; blocking the bottle mouth with a bottle stopper, repeatedly shaking the bottle body, standing for a period of time, and precipitating abrasion particles to be layered with the organic solution; slowly inclining the bottle mouth, pouring out the layered organic solvent and depositing the wear particles at the bottom of the bottle; tetrachloroethylene and neat lubricant were added and the wear particles were poured out with the tetrachloroethylene and neat lubricant. The extraction device and the extraction method provided by the invention can extract the wear particles from the grease, so that the pretreatment is performed on the subsequent preparation of the ferrographic sheet, a feasible experimental scheme is provided for the ferrographic analysis of the grease, and a technical approach is provided for evaluating the wear state of grease lubrication equipment. |
