The present invention discloses a composition comprising a plurality of particles, the particles comprising: from about 25% to about 94% by weight of a water-soluble carrier; from about 5% to about 45% by weight of a quaternary ammonium compound; from about 1% to about 40% by weight of fatty acids; and from about 0.5% to about 10% by weight of a cationic polymer; wherein each of the particles has a mass of about 1mg to about 1 g. |
