titleOfInvention POCT fluorescent quantitative detection method for detecting influenza A virus and influenza B virus
abstract The invention discloses a POCT fluorescent quantitative detection method for detecting influenza A virus and influenza B virus, which comprises the following steps: marking an anti-influenza A virus antibody and an anti-influenza B virus antibody by fluorescent microspheres, and replacing original preservation solution of the microspheres by activating solution; removing unreacted or residual reactants; removing the unconjugated protein; blocking the uncoupled reactive groups on the microspheres; step two, preparing an immunochromatographic test strip coated with anti-influenza A virus antibody and anti-influenza B virus antibody; step three, washing liquid of a swab of the nasopharynx and the pharynx of the human body; and step four, carrying out virus detection, taking the concentration of the calibrator as an abscissa and the luminous value as an ordinate, obtaining a standard curve equation by adopting a four-parameter logic fitting method, and calculating the detection content of the influenza A virus and the influenza B virus in the sample to be detected according to the standard curve equation. The invention can be used for early diagnosis of virus; the rapid and simple diagnosis method can obtain results in a short time, and the labor and cost of a laboratory are saved.
