titleOfInvention Method for graded extraction of FCC (fluid catalytic cracking) oil slurry solid content
abstract The invention discloses a method for fractional extraction of FCC oil slurry solid content, which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating FCC oil slurry; (2) taking pretreated FCC slurry oil, diluting the slurry oil with a double solvent A-B, and then carrying out ultrasonic oscillation; (3) filtering the diluted oil slurry by using a filter membrane; (4) extracting the solid obtained after filtration by using the double solvents in the step (2) until the liquid in the extractor is colorless and transparent, and drying; (5) extracting part of the solid content obtained in the step (4) by using a solvent C until the solid content is colorless and transparent, and drying; (6) and (3) extracting part of the solid content obtained in the step (5) by using a solvent D until the solid content is colorless and transparent, and taking out the extracted solid content for drying. The invention effectively avoids the problems of incomplete enrichment of solid contents or increased impurities in the conventional extraction method, can more comprehensively reflect the real situation of the solid contents in FCC oil slurry, and can obtain the solid contents with different wrapping degrees.
