abstract | The invention relates to a clean and efficient preparation method of a bio-based glycerol ketal acrylate active diluent, which comprises the steps of taking glycerol and ketone compounds as raw materials, adding a first solid acid catalyst and a dehydration package, heating to perform catalytic condensation reaction, directly mixing the obtained condensation product with acrylic acid, adding a second solid acid catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor and a dehydration package, heating to perform catalytic esterification reaction, tracking the reaction process until the condensation product is completely converted, stopping the reaction, and treating to finally obtain a bio-based glycerol ketal acrylate active diluent product; the dewatering bag is formed by wrapping water absorbent with oil-water separation cloth film. The dehydration package is matched with the solid acid catalyst in the reaction process, so that the catalytic efficiency can be improved, the reaction temperature can be reduced, and the method is safe, effective and low in cost; the combined use of the solid acid catalyst and the dewatering package has an interaction; the invention can lead the conversion rate of the raw materials to reach more than 99 percent, and the preparation process is efficient and clean. |
