Compositions and methods for treating cancer |
abstract |
The present application provides an immunological composition for treating cancer in a subject. The immune composition includes an immunotherapeutics for treating cancer, and a polypeptide having SEQ ID NOs. 1-3 and selectively binding to a cell chemokine (CXC chemokine receptor 4; CXCR4) . When the polypeptide of the immune composition binds to a cellular chemokine (CXCR4), it also modulates the immune microenvironment of the tumor and/or modulates the accessibility of immune cells relative to the tumor. The present disclosure also provides a method of treating cancer using the immune composition. |
