abstract | The present invention provides specific primers, probes, kits and methods for detecting barley components. A large number of primers are designed based on the FDH, GLU2a, RBCL, ACPS and UDPg genes of barley, and a large number of primers are screened and studied. Species-specific primers and probes were screened out, and the above primers and probes were used to detect barley components in the sample to be tested, which could accurately separate barley from confounding products of other species, with an absolute sensitivity of 0.2copies/μL.
