abstract The invention discloses a rhizopus stolonifer FL-3 and application thereof in pachyman extraction, wherein the application method comprises the following steps: inoculating Rhizopus stolonifer FL-3 spore in Poria powder containing sterile water, fermenting at 28-30 deg.C for 2-3 d, ultrasonic extracting the fermented product with water, and concentrating to obtain concentrate; precipitating the concentrate, and vacuum drying to obtain pachyman. The fermentation pretreatment of rhizopus stolonifer FL-3 is added in advance of pachyman ultrasonic water. Rhizopus stolonifer FL-3 is separated from the microbe-enriched culture of tuckahoe, and through screening, excellent strain grows moderately in tuckahoe powder to produce polysaccharide hydrolase, which hydrolyzes insoluble tuckahoe polysaccharide structure and promotes the dissociation of soluble tuckahoe polysaccharide in combined state, and compared with available technology, the extraction yield of tuckahoe polysaccharide is raised by over 30%.
