abstract | The invention discloses a high-smoothness low-friction antifouling paint with large surface tension and small gaps, which comprises a prepolymer solution and a resin solution, wherein the prepolymer solution and the resin solution are mixed according to the proportion of 1: 1 and then are used; the prepolymer solution is prepared by 100 wt% of methylene diisocyanate, and the methylene diisocyanate contains 11 wt% to 15 wt% of NCO; the resin solution comprises 46 to 51 weight percent of polyoxypropylene diamine, 8 to 10 weight percent of polyether triamine with the molecular weight of 5000, 16 to 19 weight percent of polydiphenylamine, 9 to 20 weight percent of modified amino silicone resin, 3 to 10 weight percent of modified fluororesin, 6 to 9 weight percent of modified resin filler, 1 to 2 weight percent of binder and 0.5 to 2 weight percent of pigment. The invention has excellent elongation, elasticity, abrasion resistance, antifouling property, durability, adhesive force, large surface tension, small gap, high smoothness and low friction, can avoid the adhesion of marine organisms and the corrosion of a ship body when the ship runs or is parked for a long time, and is not easy to cause environmental pollution. |
