abstract | The invention discloses a polyurea aliphatic composition coating for corrosion prevention and water prevention, which comprises a prepolymer solution and a resin solution, wherein the prepolymer solution and the resin solution are mixed according to the proportion of 1: 1 and then are used; the prepolymer solution consists of 100 wt% of isophorone diisocyanate or 100 wt% of hexamethylene diisocyanate, and the isophorone diisocyanate or the hexamethylene diisocyanate contains 9-14% of NCO; the resin solution contains 51 to 54 weight percent of polyoxypropylene diamine, 3.5 to 6.5 weight percent of polyether triamine with the molecular weight of 5000, 11.5 to 13.5 weight percent of polydiethyltoluene diamine, 26 to 30 weight percent of polydiphenyl diamine, 1 to 3 weight percent of tackifier and 3 to 5 weight percent of pigment. The invention can completely avoid the yellowing phenomenon, has slow curing time, has good self-leveling property when in construction spraying, can not generate embossing caused by dust or dust, and can not generate the physical property change of a coating film, thereby completely eliminating cracks and greatly improving the corrosion resistance and the waterproof performance. |
