abstract | The invention provides an organic silicon film forming agent for high-temperature oil-based drilling fluid, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing an emulsifier, deionized water, sodium bicarbonate and a crosslinking modifier, heating to 40-60 ℃, mixing with an initiator, and dropwise adding a first monomer; continuously heating to 75-85 ℃, preserving heat until blue light appears, then dropwise adding an initiator and a second monomer, and preserving heat; then dropwise adding a third monomer, epoxy, organosilicon and an initiator, reacting, cooling, adjusting the pH to 7-8, filtering, and uniformly mixing with a film-forming assistant and a nano inorganic material to obtain a film-forming agent; the film forming agent comprises the film forming agent prepared by the method. The application includes the application in the preparation of water-in-oil emulsions or oil-based drilling fluids. The beneficial effects of the invention include: the preparation method is simple and convenient and has low cost; the maximum use temperature of the film forming agent reaches 200 ℃, the water repellency after film forming is strong, and the maximum pressure-bearing plugging capability reaches 2.5 MPa. |
