abstract The invention discloses a stirring and ventilating assembly for producing 2,4-dinitro-6-chloroaniline, comprising a trachea and a round pipe. The lower end of the trachea is inserted into the round pipe, and the upper end of the round pipe is fixed with a vertical upward branch. Rod, the middle and lower part of the trachea are sequentially installed with a ventilation stirring blade, a first helical blade and a second helical blade. The outer sides of the second helical blade are all connected with the inner wall of the circular tube in a sliding and sealing manner. The helical direction of the first helical blade is opposite to that of the second helical blade, and the distance between the ventilation stirring blade and the second helical blade is smaller than that of the circular tube. The height of the 2,4-dinitro-6-chloroaniline production stirring and ventilation components increases the time of chlorine gas bubbles in the solution, improves the rate of chlorine absorption by the solution, and reduces the time required for complete chlorine absorption .
