abstract The present invention relates to a dutasteride soft capsule, comprising capsule content and capsule skin, wherein the capsule content contains dutasteride, an oily base and an antioxidant, and the capsule skin contains gelatin, glycerin, titanium dioxide, Yellow iron oxide and glycine, and the weight ratio of the gelatin to the glycine is 1:0.03-0.05. The dutasteride soft capsule of the present invention has good dissolution rate of active ingredients and excellent formulation stability.
