A multi-wavelength light emitting diode epitaxial structure comprises a substrate and at least three light emitting elements. At least three light emitting elements are stacked on the substrate. In two adjacent light-emitting elements, the energy gap of the light-emitting element closer to the light-emitting surface is higher than the energy gap of the light-emitting element farther from the light-emitting surface. |
