titleOfInvention Novel liquid metal magnetofluid and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a novel liquid metal magnetic fluid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the liquid metal magnetic fluid comprises liquid metal serving as a flowing medium, and magnetic particles coated with a polydopamine film on the surface; wherein, the surface of the liquid metal is grafted with a mercaptan surfactant; the liquid metal magnetic fluid is free of oxides of the liquid metal. The invention discloses a liquid metal magnetic fluid formed by tightly connecting magnetic particles and liquid metal through an intermediate medium, and simultaneously, the magnetism of the magnetic particles is not influenced to the maximum extent, and the magnetic particles are not corroded by the liquid metal. The invention successfully prepares the liquid metal magnetic fluid without the existence of liquid metal oxide, and solves the problems that the magnetic particles are difficult to dope in the liquid metal and the magnetism of the doped magnetic particles is easy to corrode by the liquid metal to cause the magnetic decline under the prior art.
