titleOfInvention | Insulating pulp board and production method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a production method of an insulating pulp board, which comprises the following steps: a) mixing manila hemp fibers, pectinase and water, and performing hydrolysis treatment to obtain a reaction mixture; b) squeezing the reaction mixture obtained in the step a) to obtain pulp, mixing the pulp with cooking liquor, and cooking to obtain half-cooked pulp; c) and c) sequentially rinsing, desanding and papermaking the steamed and boiled semi-pulp obtained in the step b) to obtain the insulating pulp board. Compared with the prior art, the production method provided by the invention takes the manila hemp fiber as a main raw material, reduces the protective layer of impurities such as pectin and the like on the manila hemp fiber by hydrolyzing the manila hemp fiber, thereby reducing the cooking strength, furthest reserving the strength of the manila hemp fiber, and then adopts specific process steps and conditions to realize better interaction, thereby producing the insulating paper pulp board meeting the requirements of various indexes of the insulating paper on the basis of not generating odor. |
