When the intracellular intermolecular interaction is detected, the dynamic range of the bioluminescence resonance energy transfer system is improved by 2.27 times compared with the traditional bioluminescence resonance energy transfer system. By applying the protein provided by the invention, the efficiency of a BRET system is improved, and the dynamic range of the interaction between detection molecules by using a bioluminescence resonance energy transfer system is improved. |
