abstract | The invention relates to a method for treating VOCs waste gas containing water-soluble organic matters, which adopts a combined treatment process of absorption-catalytic oxidation treatment-wet catalytic oxidation, wherein a catalyst filled in a wet catalytic oxidation reactor mainly comprises a composite carrier and an active metal component, the active metal component is a noble metal, the composite carrier comprises active carbon and basic carbonate, and the basic carbonate is distributed on the outer surface of the active carbon; the effluent of wet catalytic oxidation is returned to the step (1) to be used as an absorbent. The method has the characteristics of high safety, good treatment effect, low reagent consumption, good long-period stability, difficult loss of active metal and the like, and realizes efficient and stable treatment of the VOCs waste gas and the absorption waste liquid. |
