The invention provides a feed for improving pork quality characteristics and a preparation method thereof. The feed comprises resveratrol, oregano grass, alfalfa and auxiliary materials. In the feed, resveratrol, oregano grass and alfalfa have synergistic antioxidant effects by scavenging free radicals and increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
