Wounds, burns, scars, Dupuytren's contracture, and/or Peyronie's disease may be treated with single or mixed analgesics, anesthetics, steroids, and/or antiepileptic drugs in combination with topical or injected debridement agents , resulting in greater resection or disintegration of necrotic/inactivated infected and/or fibrotic tissue through the use of higher doses of drug within a greater range of tolerable discomfort. |
