The invention discloses a positive electrode material, which contains crystals with a superlattice structure, and the chemical formula of the crystals is xLi 2 MO 3 ·(1-x)LiNi a Co b Mn (1-a-b) O 2 , 0<x≤ 0.1, 0.8≤a<1, b≤0.1, the M is selected from one or more of Mn, Co and Ni.
