titleOfInvention | A kind of preparation method of cationic dyeable polyester amide fiber |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of polymer fibers, and discloses a method for preparing cationic dyeable polyester amide fibers. The alkali metal salt of formic acid-5-sulfonic acid, antioxidant, and deionized water are placed in a reaction vessel, sealed, and the air is discharged to carry out a polymerization reaction to obtain a cationic dyeable polyester amide resin; the cationic dyeable polyester amide resin is cooled and slicing to obtain cationic dyeable polyester amide chips; extracting and drying the cationic dyeable polyester amide chips, and then performing melt spinning to obtain cationic dyeable polyester amide fibers. The method has strong designability, low production cost, can be adapted to industrialized large-scale production, and the obtained polyester amide fiber has stable properties, high dyeing rate to cationic dyes, good color fastness and excellent mechanical properties. |
