abstract | The invention discloses a magnetic powder core antirust process, which relates to the technical field of magnetic powder core preparation and comprises the following steps: 1) removing oil stains on the magnetic powder core through a surface passivation process and realizing surface passivation; 2) mixing an alkyl silane coupling agent, a catalyst and a solvent to obtain an alkyl silane coupling agent solution, and then soaking the magnetic powder core into the alkyl silane coupling agent solution under a vacuum condition to realize surface hydrophobic property; 3) immersing the magnetic powder core with hydrophobic surface into rust-proof oil under a vacuum condition to realize long-term rust prevention of the magnetic powder core; according to the invention, three layers of anti-rust films are formed on the surface of the magnetic powder core, the silane coupling agent layer is arranged in the middle layer, the effect of the silane coupling agent layer is equivalent to that of a bridge, one end of the silane coupling agent layer is firmly reacted on the surface of the magnetic powder core through a Si-O bond, and the other end of the silane coupling agent layer is firmly combined with anti-rust oil through a long alkyl chain; in addition, the method has simple process and environmental protection, and is suitable for industrial use. |
