abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of tackifiers, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a tackifier for addition-type silicone adhesives. The tackifier of the present invention is prepared through the addition reaction of high hydrogen-containing silicone oil or D4H with allyl tetrahydrofuryl methyl ether and vinyl-containing silane, and then adding appropriate inhibitors. The tackifier of the invention has a simple preparation process, mild and controllable reaction conditions, does not use solvents, and is environmentally friendly. The prepared tackifier has good compatibility with the addition-type organic silica gel adhesive, which can not only significantly improve the adhesion between the adhesive and metal materials such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel, but also significantly improve the adhesion between the adhesive and engineering plastics such as PC. |
