abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing azulene sulfamide, which comprises the following steps: step 1, adding sodium azulene sulfonate and thionyl chloride into a flask filled with an organic solvent, and stirring and reacting for a period of time under the ice bath condition of 0 ℃ to obtain a solution containing a compound 1, wherein the compound 2 is p-phenylenediamine protected by an amino protective agent; step 2, adding a compound 2 into the solution of the compound 1, and reacting for a period of time to obtain a solution containing a compound 3; and 3, adding trifluoroacetic acid into the solution of the compound 3, reacting for a period of time, recovering the organic solvent under reduced pressure, and performing column chromatography separation to obtain a blue final product compound 4, namely the azulene sulfonamide. The yield of the azulene sulfonamide prepared by the synthesis method is improved; the method for separating and purifying the sodium azulene sulfonate is simple and quick, the by-products of the separation and purification of the azulene sulfonamide are reduced, and the yield is increased; the separation and purification method of the invention is more efficient. |
