The invention discloses the relation between the eleusine indica PFK protein and the herbicide glyphosate resistance for the first time, and whether the eleusine indica generates the target amplification resistance to the herbicide glyphosate can be identified by detecting the content of the PFK protein. The method can rapidly identify the resistance, and has guiding significance for scientifically selecting and preventing and removing the eleusine indica and relieving the generation and spread of the eleusine indica resistance to the glyphosate. |
