Firstly, pretreating a water sample, and adjusting the pH of the water sample to 3-4 in the pretreatment process to obtain a solution to be detected; then, detecting the halogenated pyridinol disinfection by-product in the solution to be detected by adopting a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry combined technology; establishing a working curve of the halogenated pyridinol disinfection by-product, obtaining a map of the substance to be detected, and calculating the concentration of the halogenated pyridinol disinfection by-product by adopting an external standard method. The detection method optimizes the liquid-liquid extraction pretreatment method, and improves the recovery rate of the halogenated pyridinol disinfection byproducts; the liquid method is optimized, the lower detection limit is obtained, and a reliable detection method is provided for monitoring and subsequent control of the halogenated pyridinol disinfection byproducts in the water body. |
