abstract | The invention provides a method for culturing chlorella pyrenoidosa with low cost, high biomass and high protein content, which particularly adopts a method for culturing chlorella pyrenoidosa by saccharifying straws of recombinant strains and taking straw saccharification liquid as a cheap raw material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) activating a clostridium thermocellum recombinant strain; (2) straw saccharification: transferring the pretreated straws to an anaerobic fermentation system, adding a culture medium and a recombinant strain, and saccharifying the straws; (3) preparing a chlorella pyrenoidosa culture solution; (4) mixotrophic culture of chlorella pyrenoidosa: inoculating proper amount of algae seed into the culture liquid and culturing under proper light intensity. According to the invention, the capability of the clostridium thermocellum cellulosome to degrade lignocellulose and produce glucose is further improved through the clostridium thermocellum recombinant strain; and the chlorella pyrenoidosa obtained by mixotrophic culture has high biomass and high protein content, so that the production cost of the chlorella pyrenoidosa is reduced, and the market competitiveness of the chlorella pyrenoidosa and derivative products thereof is improved. |
